The art of productive and effective meetings
- Comment s'organise le travail (horaires, télétravail, équipes, échéances, mode projet, etc.) ? - Quelles sont les pratiques typiques de votre organisation en matière de réunions (fréquence, durée, nombre de participants, réunions hybrides, etc.) ? - Avez-vous recueilli des plaintes ou des observations concernant la pratique des réunions dans votre organisation ?
When working, it is sometimes necessary to get together to brainstorm, make decisions, share important news, etc. While meetings, whether physical or virtual, are an integral part of collaborative work, they are often excessive and rarely optimised. Too long, too frequent, too vague, not always useful, with too many participants, etc.: it is easy to fall into the trap of ‘meetingitis’ or ‘visionitis’ (when points are made remotely). In this workshop, participants will learn the principles of effective communication, including the distinction between synchronous and asynchronous communication. They will learn to discern when a meeting is useful and how to conduct it so that it is effective for everyone. The different stages of a meeting are covered: preparation, the meeting itself and follow-up. Through practical exercises, they will discover best practices for making meetings productive and effective, so that they become a vehicle for efficiency and well-being at work for all employees.
